__\\The Onset of the ‘Paranormal’ Memory: //__(1991 March-end/early-April)
At age 4, in the Bengali month of Chaitra (i.e. in the late March or early April) Suchitra was in a happy mood initially at the residential yard. With her parents creating a rope out of jute sticks to fence the campus. But in a too much playing mood, she disturbed her parents. By first turning over a bottle of cooking oil her mother put on the yard. And then hitting the rope away whenever it was produced. After repeatedly doing so (2-3 times, in Suchitra’s own language), she made her mother so frustrated the latter gave her a powerful huge slap.
And then Suchitra told that as she was beaten she would go away, prompting her mother to ask where would she go?
Suchitra replied that she had another house! To this, Renu Biswas queried where was that?
Suchitra answered Rajarmath village! Then her mother angrily challenged her to rather go there if she could ever.
Next Suchitra started running away to an adjacent vast field, on the other side of the road abutting her residence, under the scorching sun of the month of Chaitra.
Her mother appealed to the villagers of Laxmipur to rescue her daughter. And an increasing crowd started following into the field.
As per Nitai, the Subject’s elder brother in this life, Suchitra never entered into this field earlier on as she always stayed inside the home campus until this event, nor did she know about the field.
Tired under the sun, Suchitra eventually sat under a tree, falling asleep. Then a paternal aunt behind in the crowd picked Suchitra up in the lap to fetch her back home.
During running, the crowd had questioned her what was the father’s name? She uttered Deben Bain. And she slept at a spot significantly close to Deben Bain’s residence.
Suchitra’s sister Sumitra and elder brother Nitai were witnesses of the onset and her sister also ran behind like that paternal aunt.
Sumitra, being a firsthand informant to see where Suchitra slept under a tree, told me that it was just 2-3 houses away from Mamata’s.
Nitai did not run but was a witness of the crowd following Suchitra. Nitai reported that there was almost a hundred people behind Suchitra.
[I collected this total information from further interviews later on, in addition to the subject Suchitra’s very 1st interview.]
